Thank you for shopping with LifeStylz by Rasha! Every piece is designed with purpose and made for nurses, by a nurse. Please review our shipping and pre-order details below so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Note: During new drops or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always communicate updates via email.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner, but 2 weeks is the maximum expected timeframe.

Pre-Orders
If your item is labeled as a pre-order, this means it is made or printed specifically for you.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and fulfillment before your item ships.
• Pre-order dates are estimates and may vary slightly depending on supplier and shipping timelines.
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready.
• You will receive email updates throughout the process — including when your order is officially in production and when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner, but 2 weeks is the maximum expected timeframe.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
LifeStylz by Rasha is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LifeStylz by Rasha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
